Hi Bonnie!
Gee, how can I not feel better after getting a hug from you?!?!? Thanks! I'm happy to say that I'm starting to feel better. Unfortunately, it's taken a looooong time, but I'm getting there. I'm trying to be patient and let it happen. Hugs are always welcome though. Thank you!

bonnie

*hug* Hope you feel better

Where you start to find out what herbs treat what ailment? There is a site being built which provides a starting point for finding and comparing treatments. http://www.rvita.com

Hi Aruna --
I've actually watched a few uplifting movies while I've been feeling under the weather. You Can Heal Your Life (the new DVD out by Louise Hay), The Pursuit of Happyness (I've been meaning to watch that one for a while), and I also watched a great 5-DVD series on Manifesting from Syl Carson. You can find it at www.whitemountainyoga.com. Hopefully you won't have to get sick like I did to enjoy some uplifting movies/DVDs! Enjoy!

Thank you for sharing that wonderful process!! It's amazing how the mind can take us places that we really don't want to be going...and thank goodness for those practices that lead us to a better place.

Love and light,

Kali

Thanks for the post - there have been alot of this going around.

I'm always on the lookout for good and uplifting movies - I'm curious which one you watched.

Thanks - Aruna
