Hi Deb -- You're very welcome! Believe me -- you'll love it!

Deborah

I've been teaching yoga for a long time and never come across the yoga egg! How cool - I'm going to check it out. Thanks for introducing us to it. Deb

Hi Felicity -- I just love that you teach and practice with props. If you try the eggs, let me know how you like them. Thanks again for your comment!

Felicity Bell

The eggs sound really interesting. Just like you, it took me a long time to understand and really subscribe to the use of props. I now love practicing and teaching with props, weaving at least one prop posture into every class, including Vinyasa. I've also begun to see how the quality of a prop is tantamount to it's utility. Exceptionally light foam blocks don't offer the stability they intend to provide, at times making postures even more challenging (e.g. ardha chandrasana). Wood blocks are great as are the more dense foam blocks.

I see how the egg shaped block could be used in place of the block and also in different ways and am interested in trying it out. I'll be sure to check out the company's website. Thanks for the helpful review!
