Absolutely this is great Article. For many people who suffer from the stress and anxiety specific to our times, yoga has become a refuge and an escape..

I actually have a tangential headache question - I seem to get terrible headaches in my yoga practice during any pose such as bow, or boat; anything where my legs are lifted behind me. It seems like a blood flow problem because if I put my head down between my knees it goes away. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hey, thanks for a great article. Yoga is great for headaches, especially tension and migraine. I read with great interest your information about the neti pot- it is def great for sinuses. Your neck exercises were helpful as well.
