Nice to see and hear positive reviews of a "new" way toward stress management and calmness. As a fan of both yoga and stress management (www.helpformystress.com), I think that the Becalm Balls would be a great addition to any yoga practice. I'll definitely look into them. Thanks for the informative review.

I love Savasana. I also love placing a block in between my shoulder blades. It allows your heart to open up. It feels amazing. I also think music is key in this posture. I like to let the rhythm of the music relax me. Thanks for the post! Glad I stopped by.

I think this is where there is a huge difference between people that use Yoga for fitness and people who use it as a compliment to their spiritual practice. While it's great for both, I absolutely agree that it's probably the most important part of the class!!

I've never used belcam balls but now i'm interested... especially because of the sinuses part. I use a netipot every day but still would love some other options!

Ooooh, I am so the opposite of the people you describe above. I *live* for Savasana. I am always disappointed if it's crammed in the last few moments of class, because I like lots of time to float in the bliss. The most heartbreaking words in my practice are "You may now slowly bring movement back to your fingers and toes."

I thought everyone loved Savasana!
