We all seem to have that great skill of trying to blame others when we fall short on the things we commit ourselves to. Lack of motivation, determination and even will power are all parts of the puzzle I think. Then we use excuses to justify it to ourselves. Not getting to the gym, skipping our yoga session, failing a diet all get justified in our heads with 'do it tomorrow', 'skip just this once' etc. I think letting go of your ego and trying to be truly honest with yourself is the first step in the right direction. Then when you have doubts you just push through and it gets a little bit easier every time.

I've never thought about like that. Now that I remember, every time that I have said that I would try was only because I really didn’t want to do it and if I did do it I did it in a bad mood. I'm going to start by being truthful to myself and let’s see how far I can go from there. Thanks for the advice ^_^
