New York Open Center -- If you live in or around NYC, definitely stop by the Open Center for a class. The New York Open Center is a non-profit holistic learning center offering evening events, full day workshops, ongoing classes and advanced trainings in the arts, psychology, bodywork, spirituality, health and much more! They also have an onsite bookstore (it's small but it's excellent -- it's my go-to place for hard-to-find yoga and/or meditation-related books), provide wellness services and have a meditation room that is open to the public during business hours.
Raise your energy with spiritual articles from Soul Curry Magazine (I just love that name!) -- Learn & read more about how mind works, what is consciousness and enlightenment, how to live our life aware fully.
